We were actually surprised by the cleanliness and hotel facilities. The restaurant was small but nice and the staff were excellent. Despite being away from the main market, this hotel had a great location on an intersection of two busy roads, made transportation easy.

The hotel's location offers a unique experience through the small village along the way and the small but cozy restaurant. the intersection of two busy roads makes it challenging for light sleepers. the rooms are clean, the bathroom is decent, and the staff provides prompt tea service.
The Wi-Fi connection is very poor and not available in the rooms or even at the reception.

The Christmas decorations really helped to create a festive atmosphere in the hotel, and the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping area and a popular restaurant, which made it easy to find things to do and places to eat. The room had a comfortable bed and clean linens.
The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it difficult to stay connected. The walls in the room were paper-thin, and noise from other guests made it difficult to sleep at night.

Had a lovely Xmas stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good range of both hot and cold options. the spa services were also an added bonus, and a great way to relax during the busy holiday season.
The room was a bit cramped for two people and the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. the noise from the street could be a bit disturbing at times.
